TERADEK ACE 500:
Teradek has recently released the Teradek Ace 500. It is a compact, ultralight wireless video system that delivers uncompressed 1080p60 video at up to 500ft. with zero display. It is designed with the same reliability and performance as the Teradek Bolt line, ensuring you have a continuous video feed when you need it the most. For on-camera monitor bundle pair the Ace 500 RX its the FOCUS Bolt 500 TX & for director’s monitor bundle pair the Ace 500 TX with FOCUS Bolt RX’s.

STEADICAM M-2:
Tiffen has announced the Steadicam M-2 modular camera stabilizer. It is designed for both broadcast & cinema applications. It features a sleek, new top stage that integrates the Steadicam Volt horizontal stabilization technology for reduced weight, height, all to create a simplified rig design. By building the Volt technology directly into the top stage Tiffen has been able to dramatically reduce the distance between the top of the gimbal and top of the stage. “The M-2 is a direct result of operator feedback & is designed to address the needs of the Steadicam community.” (Andrew Tiffen, SVP of Marketing, The Tiffen Company). The M-2 has been designed to offer a wide variety of choices when it comes to customization. The Steadicam M-2 is expected to be available in mid-summer 2019.
